PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stabilized, long lasting formulations of proteinaceous therapeutic molecules with simple formulation requiring only minimal post-storage manipulation, solving problems of storing unstable protein molecules.SOLUTION: The present invention includes albumin fusion proteins. The invention also includes nucleic acid molecules encoding the albumin fusion proteins, vectors containing these nucleic acids, host cells transformed with these nucleic acids vectors, and methods of making the albumin fusion proteins and using these nucleic acids, vectors, and/or host cells. The present invention further includes pharmaceutical compositions comprising albumin fusion proteins, and methods of treating, preventing or alleviating diseases, disorders or conditions by using the albumin fusion proteins. |
