PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of suppressing power consumption in a heat-retention step after ending a preheating step.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes a control circuit for performing temperature control of respective steps by using heaters, i.e., a preheating step for heating at least the inside of a heating chamber 2 up to reach to a preheating temperature when setting of the preheating temperature is included in a heating condition and a heat-retention step for retaining the inside of the heating chamber 2 at a predetermined temperature after end of the preheating step. The control circuit electrifies an upper heater 10 and a hot wind heater 22 and operates a hot wind circulation fan 23a in the preheating step, and in the heat-retention step after a detection temperature of a temperature sensor 28 reaches the preheating temperature, turns off the upper heater 10 while maintaining the operation of the hot wind circulation fan 23a and performs heat-retention control only by the hot wind heater 22 whose power consumption necessary for retaining the inside of the heating chamber 2 at the predetermined temperature is smaller out of the upper heater 10 and the hot wind heater 22. |
