PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saccharification pretreatment product which allows efficient enzymatic saccharification treatment only by pretreatment and enables obtaining a sugar solution of uniform quality regardless of the quality of lignocellulosic biomass.SOLUTION: In a saccharification pretreatment product in which lignin 5 is dissociated from a substrate 1 or the substrate 1 is swollen by pretreating lignocellulosic biomass as the substrate 1 before saccharification, the substrate 1 has pores, and 60-80% of the whole pores has a diameter in a range of from 10 to 50 nm. In a method for producing the saccharification pretreatment product, a substrate mixture obtained by mixing the substrate 1 and ammonia water is kept at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time, thereby isolating at least a part of hemicellulose 4 having a molecular weight of from 7.8×10to 2.0×10in hemicellulose 4 composing the substrate 1. |
