PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve antenna characteristics.SOLUTION: A wireless device includes a circuit board, a semiconductor chip, a non-conductive layer, and a conductive film. The semiconductor chip is mounted on the circuit board and includes a transmission and reception circuit. The non-conductive layer seals the semiconductor chip. The conductive film coats a surface of the non-conductive layer. The conductive film has a plurality of openings functioning as a radiation element, and at least one of the plurality of openings receives power. |
