PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately change the speed of switching to an off state on the basis of an output signal (sense voltage Vse) of a sense terminal St of a switching element S¥#.SOLUTION: An emitter of the switching element S¥# is connected to a gate of the switching element S¥# via a discharging resistor 30 and a first discharging switching element 32. The emitter of the switching element S¥# is also connected to the gate of the switching element S¥# via a discharging resistor 34 having a higher resistance value than the discharging resistor 30 and a second discharging switching element 36. When the duration for which the sense voltage Vse is equal to or higher than a threshold becomes equal to or longer than a threshold time while an operation signal g¥# is an ON operation command, the second discharging switching element 36 is used in response to an OFF operation command. The threshold time is shortened when a predetermined period passes after the ON operation command. |
