PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a rate of authentication which correctly authenticates a user.SOLUTION: An information input and output device comprises: a first authentication processing unit which authenticates a user on the basis of newly acquired first authentication data and reference data that is first authentication data acquired in advance; a second authentication unit which acquires second authentication data that is a different type from the first authentication data when the first authentication unit cannot authenticate the user, and authenticates the user on the basis of the acquired second authentication data; an acquisition unit which acquires predetermined information related to the first authentication data; a control unit which executes input and output processing of information when the first authentication unit has authenticated the user, and also executes the input and output processing of information when the second authentication unit has authenticated the user; and an addition unit which adds the newly acquired first authentication data in association with predetermined information acquired by the acquisition unit as the reference data, when the second authentication unit has authenticated the user. |
