A rotary electromagnetic actuating mechanism (4) and a car lamp upper and lower beam switching apparatus thereof. The rotary electromagnetic actuating mechanism (4) comprises a case (401), a rotor (402), a stator (403), a rotary shaft (405), and an end cover (407). A stator winding (404) is disposed on the stator (403) and is fixedly mounted in the case (401) to form a pair of arc-shaped stator magnetic poles capable of being electrified to be excited. The rotor (402) is an arc-shaped permanent magnet, is fixed onto the rotary shaft (405), is placed in a magnetic field space of the arc-shaped magnetic poles of stator (403), and fits the magnetic poles of the arc-shaped stator (403), so as to form a closed magnetic circuit with an air gap. Two ends of the rotary shaft (405) are respectively connected to oscillating bars (406) radially extending along the rotary shaft (405). A shading plate (2) of the car lamp upper and lower beam switching apparatus is fixedly connected onto the oscillating bars (406) at the two ends of the rotary shaft (405), and an oscillating angle of the shading plate (2) is the same as a rotation angle of the rotor (402). The switching between an upper beam and a lower beam is implemented by using the rotary electromagnetic actuating mechanism (4) driving the shading plate (2), collision noise generated when electromagnets are sucked and released is avoided, providing a user with a more comfortable driving environment. |
