UPLINK TRANSMISSION METHOD AND APPARATUS IN INTER-ENB INTER-DUPLEX CARRIER AGGREGATION SYSTEM

A method and apparatus are provided for transmitting uplink signal including feedback for use in scheduling at different evolved Node Bs (eNBs) without intermodulation especially when the User Equipment (UE) has connected to an inter-duplex inter-eNB system including the eNBs cooperating very slowly. The method for a terminal to transmit uplink channels in a wireless communication system supporting inter-duplex inter-base station carrier aggregation includes receiving uplink channel scheduling information from at least one base station among plural base stations, receiving a first downlink channel from a primary base station operating in Frequency Division Duplex (FDD) and a second downlink channel from a secondary base station operating in Time Division Duplex (TDD), and transmitting an uplink channel corresponding to the first downlink channel to the primary base station on a first resource and another uplink channel corresponding to the second downlink channel to the secondary base station on a second resource, wherein a subframe of the first resource and a subframe of the second resource are not overlapped on the time axis. The method and apparatus of the present disclosure is capable of avoiding intermodulation between different frequency bands and allowing the terminal to transmit uplink channel and receive downlink channel on the different bands simultaneously so as to improve the peak data rate of the terminal.
