A device for filling, transferring a transfusion hose and dispensing medicinal liquid in a dispensing system. The device comprises a base (31), a liquid dispensing part (35) for extruding the transfusion hose, a rotary table (32), two transferring arms (33) and needle clamping parts (34) for clamping a needle of the transfusion hose. The rotary table (32) is rotationally connected to the base (31), and the liquid dispensing part (35) is fixed to the rotary table (32). The two transferring arms (33) are rotationally connected to two sides of the rotary table (32) respectively, and the needle clamping parts (34) are arranged at front ends of the transferring arms (33). According to the device for filling, transferring a transfusion hose and dispensing medicinal liquid, the medicinal liquid can be sucked accurately and quantitatively, a medical staff does not need to prepare the medicinal liquid manually, it is advantageous to guarantee the health and safety of the medical staff, and labor intensity of the medical staff can be reduced.
