Provided is an electronic billboard monitoring system comprising: a plurality of LED billboards installed in different places; and an electronic billboard operating terminal remotely controlling the LED billboards over wired and wireless communications networks. The LED billboard includes an air conditioning module, a content control module, a screen control module, a panel control module, a power control module, a communications control module, and a temperature control module. In this case, the electronic billboard operating terminal processes screen information, color information, panel color information, temperature information, air conditioning information, etc. according to predetermined time or scheduling and outputs the information to an LED billboard by diagnosing failure and managing a history of each module, thereby easily controlling the LED billboard remotely. As a result, the electronic billboard monitoring system according to the present invention can be quickly maintained, maximize advertisement effects, and have a prolonged lifespan.
