Disclosed are a vehicle accident management system and a method thereof. A vehicle accident management system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a black box which is an apparatus for recording traveling information of a vehicle, and collects each identification information by communicating with a nearby vehicle and a monitoring camera on a road periodically, and requests information required in accident management by using the collected identification information in case of an accident; a central server which provides at least one of driver contact information, a black box image of the nearby vehicle and an image of the monitoring camera for the black box by getting consent of a driver of the nearby vehicle according to the request of the black box; and an insurance company server which manages information about customers getting a car insurance and a driver insurance, and pays incentive to a customer who agrees on providing information for accident management of the other vehicle informed from the central server.
