PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous pigment dispersion having low viscosity and excellent storage stability, and an aqueous inkjet ink having excellent concealability.SOLUTION: The aqueous pigment dispersion containing at least water, titanium oxide, and a pigment dispersing resin is characterized in that: the titanium oxide has a pigment surface treated with an organic compound; the pigment dispersing resin has a C10-C36 alkyl group; and the organic compound is an organosilicon compound.
