PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conveniently use a plastic cup and an outer cylinder made of corrugated paper as an integral structure without separating both from each other.SOLUTION: In a heat insulation cup of a two-layer structure, an outer cylinder 1 made of paper is stacked on the outside of a vacuum-molded plastic cup 2. The outer cylinder 1 is a one-sided corrugated paper 10 having a corrugated projecting and recessed surface 11 on the inner surface thereof, and cylindrical to cover the whole outside surface of the inner peripheral wall of an inner cup. The cylindrical lower edge is provided with a cutout part. In the plastic cup 2, the inner peripheral wall 21 and a bottom 22 are vacuum molded by thermoplastic resin, and the inner peripheral wall 21 is vacuum molded to be waveform along the projecting and recessed surface 11 of a corrugated inner core 13 of the one-sided corrugated paper 10, and the inner peripheral wall 21 is coupled to the inner surface of the outer cylinder 1 to have a fitting structure. The inner peripheral wall 21 of the plastic cup 2 has a slip-off preventing projection part 4 projected in the cutout part provided on the lower edge of the outer cylinder 1. |
