PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device, a server, and a program capable of gradual restriction of access to content information containing a user himself or herself.SOLUTION: The terminal device comprises: an identification unit which identifies a person contained in content information acquired by a content information acquisition unit and generates first identification information representing the identified person; a communication unit which transmits the content information and the first identification information to an external device in association; and a generation unit which generates a request for access to the content information accumulated in the external device. The access request contains second identification information to identify a user who accesses to the content information accumulated in the external device. The communication unit transmits the access request to the external device and receives from the external device the content information having at least partially undergone the access restriction on the basis of comparison of the second identification information with the first identification information associated with the content information accumulated with the external device.
