PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device with a simple construction, which enables easy positioning work.SOLUTION: The positioning device has a magnet 10, a screw mechanism SM1 disposed on the magnet, and a pressing part 22 located on the tip of a screw constituting the screw mechanism. When the screw of the screw mechanism rotates with the magnet absorbed to a magnet substance, the pressing part presses a positioned member, which is a member that should be positioned, and a position of the positioned member is thereby determined. |
