PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device that suppresses meandering of a belt caused by a pressing member such as a fixing roller and a pressure roller to reduce damage due to a load placed on a fixing belt, and an image forming apparatus including the fixing device.SOLUTION: A fixing device 5 includes a fixing roller 23 and a suspension roller 27 that have a fixing belt 26 suspended thereon, and a belt support unit 45 that supports the fixing roller 23 and the suspension roller 27. The belt support unit 45 includes: a bearing hole 45f (support part) that is provided on one end part in a longitudinal direction (A direction) of the belt support unit 45, and rotatably supports the belt support unit 45 with respect to a device body 5a; and a circular-arc hole 45g (position adjustment part) that is provided on the other end part in the longitudinal direction of the belt support unit 45, adjusts inclination of the belt support unit 45 with respect to an axial direction of a pressure roller 19 with the bearing hole 45f as the center, and is fixed to the device body 5a. |
