PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving device, a camera and a portable telephone with a camera that make it easy to transport or transfer a spring to be assembled to the lens driving device, can prevent deformation of the spring or damage thereof, are high in a degree of design and can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: A spring 11 has an outer ring part 11b fixed to a housing 5, an inner ring part 11a fixed to a lens support body 7 and an arm part 11c connecting the outer ring part 11b and the inner ring part 11a, and a lens driving device 1 moves the lens support body 7 in an optical axis direction by an electromagnet force generated by distributing power to a coil 15 from a terminal member 6. The terminal member 6 has an overlapping part 6a that overlaps on the outer ring part 11b of the spring 11 and a power supply terminal part 6b that is protruded from the overlapping part 6a, and has the overlapping part 6a of the terminal member 6 and the outer ring part 11b of the spring overlapped with each other and has these parts overlapped on the housing 5. |
