PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition from which a moisture-proof film having high moisture-proofness can be produced, and the moisture-proof film; and further to provide a back sheet for a solar cell and the solar cell which comprise the moisture-proof film.SOLUTION: A resin composition comprises (1) a polyacrylic acid ester resin and/or a polymethacrylic acid ester resin, (2) a laminar clay mineral with layer charge of less than 0.2, and (3) a polymer nanocomposite obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable monomer using a laminar inorganic compound having a radical polymerization initiator fixed on interlayer surfaces thereof, the initiator having a group of the general formula (I). |
