PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of FeFhaving a narrow particle size distribution and high crystallinity.SOLUTION: A first solution comprises an iron compound with a tri-valent iron ion dissolved in a solvent including water or lower alcohol. A second solution comprises ammonium hydrogen fluoride and at least one compound selected from the group consisting of an organic acid, polyethylene glycol, ethylene glycol, and ethylene diamine which are dissolved in a mixed solvent including water or lower alcohol. The first solution and the second solution are mixed to produce a reaction solution, in which the iron ion is reacted with the ammonium hydrogen fluoride so as to form (NH)FeF. From the reaction solution, (NH)FeFis separated and burnt to form crystallized FeF. |
