A method of changing a display page provided to a display unit from among content including a plurality of display pages and a digital device using the same are provided. A method for controlling content including a plurality of display pages in a sequence includes: providing a first display page included in the content to a display unit; receiving a user input for changing pages of the content; extracting fingerprint information of a user corresponding to the user input from the user input when a second display page that will be changed with the first display page in response to the user input, and determining whether the user is allowed to access to the second display page on the basis of the extracted fingerprint information; and changing the first display page of the content provided to the display unit in response to the user input, wherein the changing of the first display page comprises changing the first display page to the second display page when the user is allowed to access the second display page, wherein the changing of the first display page comprises skipping change to the second display page and changing the first display page to a third display page of the sequence when the user is not allowed to access the second display page. |
