<p>A drive control unit (11) controls an electric drive (4), and a battery control unit (13) controls a high-voltage battery (6) of a high-voltage network (1). The drive control unit detects the failure of communication between battery and drive control unit. In case of failure, the drive output voltage of electric drive is set to lower voltage threshold value, according to the state of charge discharged from battery, while limiting the drive output current for charging the battery depending on maximum power consumption at the power output ports (3,5).
