<p>The present invention inexpensively prevents a voltage tolerance from being exceeded when a power-supply device is being assembled or maintenance is being performed thereon. In this power-supply device (500), a plurality of battery cells are connected in series and a plurality of cell-management ICs are connected in cascade. The terminals of the plurality of battery cells and the terminals of the plurality of cell-management ICs are connected via battery-side connectors and IC-side connectors. Cell-management ICs that share an IC-side connector are in non-insulated communication, and cell-management ICs that do not share an IC-side connector are in insulated communication.</p> |
