The present invention relates to a mobile terminal which can access a cloud server and a cloud system using the same. The mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a wireless communication unit which receives the identification information of a target device using near field communication; and a control unit which sends the identification information to a cloud server and controls the wireless communication unit to synchronize one or more contents with the cloud server.
