The present invention relates to a reflective sheet and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention provides the reflective sheet which comprises: a supporting layer; a reflective film including reflectors protruded to the supporting layer; a reinforcing sheet adhered to the protruded reflectors on the reflective film; and a middle layer formed between the reflective film and the reinforcing sheet. The reflective film has adhesion units and space units and provides the reflective sheet which is polyurethane foaming body. In addition, the present invention provides the method for manufacturing reflective sheets which comprises: steps of coating the reinforcing sheet with adhesive and coating by using expanded adhesive which includes polyurethane and foaming body in order to have non-coated part; a step of laminating the supporting layer and the reflective film including the reflectors protruded to the supporting layer on the reinforcing sheet in order to contact the expanded adhesive coated surface to the protruded reflective surface; and a step of expanding the expanded adhesive of the laminate while attaching. According to the present invention, the reflective sheet is formed with polyurethane foaming body by expanding the adhesive unit so that the adhesion between the reflective film and the reinforcing sheet can be excellent, and effectively prevents penetration of rain water or fine dust.
