PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic image display device or the like that reduces an effect of a double image caused by 3D crosstalk, so as not to give discomfort to an observer even if an observation position of the observer is moved.SOLUTION: An image processing unit 151 includes: a relative position calculation unit 102 that calculates a relative position of a stereoscopic display panel to an observation position of an observer; an image filter value calculation unit 104 that calculates an image filter value for adjusting the amount of image blur depending on the relative position; and an image filter processing unit 106 that applies image filter processing to image data according to the image filter value.
