PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a parameter of tread force with a high degree of precision.SOLUTION: A first tread force measurement device 14a measures a plurality of parameters of tread force applied, when a first pedal 16a is trodden, to a first crank arm 20a whose one end part the first pedal 16a can be attached to and whose other end part a crank shaft 12 can be attached to. The first tread force measurement device 14a includes a straining section 22, a first parameter detection section 24 and an interference suppression section 26. Distortion applying to the first crank arm 20a is transmitted to the straining section 22. The parameter detection section 24 is arranged on the straining section 22 and detects a plurality of parameters from the distortion transmitted to the straining section 22. The interference suppression section 26 suppresses interference with one parameter detected by the parameter detection section 24 by another parameter.
