PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind direction adjusting blade of an air conditioner indoor unit, which is manufactured by pouring molten resin into a groove formed between peripheral edges of two plates superposed so that the inside becomes a hollow structure and is capable of securing airtightness of the hollow structure even when a cross section of the groove is a predetermined value or less.SOLUTION: In a wind direction adjusting blade 31 of an air conditioner indoor unit 10, molten resin is moved by an equal distance from respective gates of a multi-point gate 77 to complete filling of the molten resin into a groove 313. Thereby the molten resin is continuously spread over the whole periphery of the groove 313 without especially increasing injection pressure and a molten resin temperature. |
