An antifouling body having a surface that, when fingerprints have been made on the surface thereof, the fingerprint pattern wet-spreads without anything being done thereto, and the fingerprints become difficult to see. The surface has a fine uneven structure provided therein and the uneven structure includes at least either a first compound having an ester bond in a section other than the terminal thereof or a second compound having a cyclic hydrocarbon group.
