Device for cleaning a processing chamber (2) of a dough processing station (3), preferably a mixing- and a kneading station, comprises (a) a support structure (16), (b) at least one spray lance (20, 21), which extends in a cleaning position in the processing chamber and is mounted on the support structure, (c) at least one spray head (29, 30), which is arranged on the spray lance so that the spray head is present in the cleaning position within the processing chamber, and (d) at least a first drive motor for rotating the drive of the first spray head portion around the first rotational axis. Device for cleaning a processing chamber (2) of a dough processing station (3), preferably a mixing- and a kneading station, comprises (a) a support structure (16), (b) at least one spray lance (20, 21), which extends down in a cleaning position in the processing chamber and is mounted on the support structure, (c) at least one spray head (29, 30), which is arranged on the spray lance so that the spray head is present in the cleaning position within the processing chamber, and (d) at least a first drive motor for rotating the drive of the first spray head portion around the first rotational axis. The spray head comprises (i) a first spray head portion, which is rotatable around first rotational axis, and (ii) a second spray head portion with a first spray nozzle. The second spray head with at least one first spray nozzle for dispensing cleaning liquid is rotatable around a second rotational axis, which exhibits smallest angle of 10-80[deg] with the first rotational axis. An independent claim is also included for cleaning the processing chamber of the dough processing station with the device, comprising (a) wetting the processing chamber by delivering cleaning agents through at least one first spray nozzle of the spray head and through at least one further spray nozzle, (b) purging the processing chamber by delivering water through at least one first spray nozzle of the spray head, and through at least one further spray nozzle, and (c) extracting the cleaning agent-water mixture through the discharge device.
