PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce redundant counting of error frequency in an automatic transaction device caused by defectiveness in cards.SOLUTION: An automatic transaction device 10 includes: a data reading unit 12 for reading card data of a card 20; an image sensor unit 12 for imaging owner information written in the card 20; a storage unit 18 for storing an error history of a card in which card data cannot be read; and a control unit 14 for counting the number of errors caused by a card. The control unit 14 identifies owner information of a card on the basis of the imaged owner information, and collates it with an error history of the card in the storage unit 18, and when a card, whose card data cannot be read by the data reading unit, has an error history, counting of an error number is not performed. |
