PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas suction device of an internal combustion engine, in which manufacturing costs can be reduced by the reduction in the number of parts, the accuracy of an exhaust valve lift and a valve opening timing can be secured upon valve reopening, and exhaust gas can be properly sucked into a cylinder.SOLUTION: In an intake stroke, an exhaust gas suction device of an internal combustion engine makes an exhaust valve 13 be opened again and a pressure of exhaust gas discharged from other cylinder C act, and whereby the exhaust gas is sucked into the cylinder C. An EGR cam 81 is provided on an intake camshaft 41, an EGR rocker arm 82 is freely rotatably supported by an exhaust rocker shaft 64, and the EGR rocker arm 82 extends to the vicinity of the intake camshaft 41. While the exhaust rocker arm 63 and the EGR rocker arm 82 are connected with each other by a connection mechanism 87, the EGR cam 81 directly drives the EGR rocker arm 82 to reopen the exhaust valve 13. |
