The present invention relates to a lighting device comprising: a heat-dissipating support having a bottom part elongated in a vertical direction and a pair of wall parts arranged at the respective both ends of the bottom part; a plurality of LED light sources arranged on the bottom part of the heat-dissipating support such that the LED light sources are spaced apart from each other in the lengthwise direction of the bottom part; a reflection sheet having a center part fixed at the bottom part of the heat-dissipating support and both end parts supported by the pair of the wall parts of the heat-dissipating support, the reflection sheet having a length corresponding to the length of the heat-dissipating support and having a reflection layer at the outer surface thereof; and a plurality of through-holes formed in the center part of the reflection sheet such that the through-holes are spaced apart from each other in the lengthwise direction of the reflection sheet, the through-holes being formed to expose each of the plurality of LED light sources.
