<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a recording device exerting great displacement suppression effect. A recording device has a recording medium (224), a motor (222) for driving the recording medium, and a recording device head (M1) for recording and reproducing a signal on the recording medium. The recording device is provided with a displacement suppression mechanism (M2). The displacement suppression mechanism (M2) is provided with a diaphragm (226) which has two opposing surfaces facing the recording medium and which displaces in the rotational axis direction of the recording medium, and an oscillator (232) which is disposed on a location that is away from the two opposing surfaces of the diaphragm facing the recording medium and which displaces and drives the diaphragm.</p> |
