The power plant or energy transducer (1) has chimney (2) and hollow tower (2") through which the medium flow (S) of air or gas medium is obtained in the interior. The solar modules (20) and/or photovoltaic modules are formed as mono-or-polycrystalline cells or as solar panel film (25) for performing the sun radiation on the medium. A rotor or turbine (4) is fastened on the hub (19). The solar module and/or photovoltaic module are optionally provided with a flow or air sensor (13). An independent claim is included for a method for energy transformation of power plant or energy transducer.
