The device (1) has non-movable base that is attached to table base plate. A fixing plate is attached above the base plate, and isometric force sensors (2,3) are mounted opposite to one another on the fixing plate. End portions of specific finger of user's hand are gripped with force sensors in combination with thumb and forefinger or any other combination of fingers. The touching of force sensors on both sides measures gripping forces (6,7) of the fingers with subject under the isometric conditions with high frequency and without moving the device.
