The present invention relates to a non-fungus egg sterilization method using ozone water at maternal temperature and more specifically, to a non-fungus egg sterilization method using ozone water at maternal temperature which produces bacteria-free non-fungus eggs through a sterilization process of ozone water washing. Through the present invention, non-fungus eggs which salmonella and bacteria such as general E.coli, viruses, etc. present in non-fungus eggs are completely sterilized through ozone water washing; and ozone water immersion can be provided, so that bacteria-free eggs which a user can eat in peace can be produced thereby completely eliminating the possible occurrence of a severe food poisoning and gastrointestinal disorders.
