PURPOSE: A vehicle information diagnosing device and a vehicle driving free-day management system using an RFID tag are provided to determine obedience to a vehicle free-day during a predetermined period through the instantaneous or periodic determination of the RFID tag by determining vehicle driving on a past date besides records on a current date. CONSTITUTION: On Board Diagnostics (OBD) (11) are installed in a vehicle (10) and generate day driving information of the vehicle. An RFID tag (12) stores vehicle identification information and the day driving information provided from the OBD. An RFID reader (21) wirelessly reads the day driving information stored in the tag. A vehicle driving free-day management server (30) stores and analyzes the day driving information to determine the obedience of the vehicle to a vehicle free-day.
