An organic electro luminescent display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure margin for forming a compensation circuit. A first area, a second area, a third area, and a fourth area are defined on a substrate. A gate insulating layer includes a switching transistor, a capacitor, a driving transistor, an organic light emitting diode, a first contact hole(H1), and a second contact hole(H2). The first contact hole is positioned in the first area, the second area, the third area, the fourth area, area, the gate of the switching transistor, and the gate of the driving transistor. The first contact hole exposes the part of the gate of the driving transistor in the fourth area. The second contact hole exposes the part of the gate of the switching transistor in the fourth area. |
