摘要 The present invention relates to a real-time air conditioner management system using sound which includes: at least one air conditioner; a sound input unit whose identification number is designated by location of the air conditioner and which is formed in the vicinity of the air conditioner and receives sound generated in the air conditioner; a main server which comprises a main DB for storing general driving waveform storing sound generated in the air conditioner according to the intensity of wind, reference waveform data including at least one problem waveform and location information according to an identification number of the sound input unit, a sound analysis unit for generating waveform data by analyzing the sound received from the sound input unit, a sound detection unit for comparing the waveform data and the pre-stored reference waveform data and detecting reference waveform data which coincides the most with the waveform data, a situation transmission unit for generating problem occurrence information which corresponds to a problem occurrence waveform when the reference waveform data corresponds to the problem occurrence waveform, and a communication unit for transmitting problem occurrence information generated in the situation transmission unit and location information which corresponds to the problem occurrence information to a manager terminal; and the manager terminal which displays the problem occurrence information and location information transmitted from the communication unit of the main server. According to the above, the real-time air conditioner management system using sound which perfectly detects a problem by determining if a problem is occurred or not by comparing a waveform with predetermined problem occurrence waveforms not only with temperature and pressure but also with the waveform which is converted from the sound generated in the air conditioner.
