PURPOSE: An insulating sheet containing aerogel powder, a manufacturing system thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to control the thickness of the insulating sheet by providing durability, heat resistance, and light weight for the insulating sheet and to enable the insulating sheet to be bonded to a wide area by having flexibility. CONSTITUTION: An insulating sheet containing aerogel powder includes an insulating sheet layer and an adhesive sheet layer. The insulating sheet layer is coated on a release paper. The insulating sheet layer is mixed with the polyacrylo-nitrile resin of 85-95 weight% and the aerogel powder of 5-15 weight%. The insulating sheet layer has the thickness of 5 mm. The polyacrylo-nitrile resin is water-soluble. The aerogel powder has hydrophobic property. The adhesive sheet layer is formed in between the release paper and the adhesive sheet layer.
