A method for date-based batch processing of data created in a portable terminal and an apparatus therefore are provided to process the data in the terminal itself or transmit the data to an information processing device such as a different terminal, a computer and a web server to process the data. An apparatus for processing data generated in a portable terminal comprises the followings: a storage unit for storing data and a data batch-processing application; a display unit for displaying the data and data batch-processing application; a data batch-processing module which obtains data corresponding to a specific date selected by a user regardless of the type of the data and then performing batch-processing for the obtained data according to a preset processing condition; and an application managing module which calls/executes the data batch-processing application and displays the processed data on the display unit together with a specific screen of the data batch-processing application. |
