摘要 Disclosed is a liquid natural gas (LNG) fuel supply system including a fuel supply line connected from an LNG storage tank to an engine; a pump provided to the fuel supply line to pressurize the LNG discharged from the LNG storage tank at high pressure; a heat exchanger provided to the fuel supply line between the engine and the pump to heat exchange the LNG supplied from the pump with Glycol water and then supply it to the engine; a temperature detecting sensor measuring the temperature of the Glycol water at an inside or a downstream side of the heat exchanger; and an electronic control valve connected to the heat exchanger to discharge the Glycol water outward according to the temperature measured by the temperature detecting sensor. If the Glycol water is remained in the heat exchanger when the LNG is evaporated by the Glycol water, the Glycol water is expanded. Since the remained Glycol water is discharged or re-circulated by the temperature detecting sensor and the electronic control valve, the heat exchanger is protected, and the circulation of the Glycol water is not stopped, thereby preventing shutdown of the engine and thus operating the system stably.
