Disclosed is a tissue treatment device for controlling tissue treatment energy based on a tissue impedance value. The tissue treatment device of the present invention comprises: an energy generating unit which generates tissue treatment energy; a probe unit which transfers the tissue treatment energy to the tissue of a test subject; a standard signal change measuring unit which generates a standard signal from the energy generating unit and transfers it to the tissue of the test subject through the probe unit so as to measure the change in the standard signal; an impedance discerning unit which discerns an impedance value in the tissue of the test subject based on the change in the standard signal; and a controlling unit which controls the energy generating unit so that the energy generating unit generates energy determined by the impedance value and the generated energy is transferred to the tissue of the test subject through the probe unit. According to the present invention, provided is a tissue treatment device which can discern the impedance in a tissue area to be treated by using a standard signal which is harmless to the human body and can control an optimal tissue treatment energy based on the corresponding impedance value.
