The present invention discloses a radio frequency module, a device and a method for receiving and sending a radio frequency signal, and a base station system, relates to the field of communications technologies, and aims to flexibly change the mode of receiving and sending a radio frequency signal. The radio frequency module includes at least a first frequency band sub-module and a second frequency band sub-module. The first frequency band sub-module is connected with a first signal line, and an end of the first signal line is provided with a first antenna interface. The second frequency band sub-module is connected with a second signal line, and a third signal line is connected between the first signal line and the second signal line. A first change-over switch is arranged on the joint of the second signal line and the third signal line, and the first change-over switch can change over the mode of receiving and sending a radio frequency signal of the radio frequency module. The present invention is used to flexibly change the mode of receiving and sending a radio frequency signal. |
