Method for constructing a traffic tunnel in segment design

The method involves forming cavity hole in surrounding rock for inserting tubing inside which a tunnel road is constructed. A space between inner wall of cavity hole and outer wall of tubing is filled with pea gravel and polyaddition liquid. A hardening reaction resin mixture such as polyurethane resin mixture is injected into cement-free annular gap under pressure to fill the space between cavity hole and tubing.
