<p>A semiconductor device is provided which comprises a control circuit constituted by at least a first region of a first conductivity type and a second region of a second conductivity type. Further, said control circuit including a semiconductor element in which when a potential variation occurs in either one of the first and second regions by external disturbance of said semiconductor device, a potential variation opposite to the potential variation is caused.
