摘要 The present invention provides RbFTL-3 protein, nucleic acid molecules coding RbFTL-3, a fish cell transformed to the nucleic acid molecules, a composition inhibiting viral hemorrhagic septisemia virus (VHSV) infection comprising the nucleic acid molecules, and a method for inhibiting VHSV of fish. The nucleic acid molecules used in the present invention are involved in inhibition of VHSV infection of a fish cell, and if overexpression of RbFTL-3 protein is induced by transforming the fish cell using the nucleic acid molecules, VHSV infectiousness is reduced. The nucleic acid molecules of the present invention can be used for developing drugs having resistance to infection of VHSV. According to the present invention, mortality of fish caused by VHSV infection can be reduced, thereby securing fish resources.
