The present invention relates to Pediococcus acidilactici GS1 strain represented by deposition number of KCTC18229P which has anticoagulant activities for fowl typhoid, a method for preparing the same, and pharmaceutical and diet compositions for preventing or treating fowl typhoid which include the same. A method for breeding lactic acid bacteria with improved anitimicrobial activities induces direct evolution compared to existing mutagenesis in a nucleotide unit and generates various mutants having various characteristics in order to generate Pediococcus acidilactici GS1 mutant having Salmonella gallinarum resistance which is enhanced compared to wild type Pediococcus acidilactici and to utilize compositions including the same as the pharmaceutical and diet compositions for preventing or treating fowl typhoid. |
