PURPOSE: A ventilator to remove bad smells is provided to prevent components, including an active carbon filter, from adsorbing moisture by efficiently performing the dehumidifying in a discharge process by using a cooler and a heater. CONSTITUTION: A ventilator to remove bad smells comprises a duct unit (10) and a preprocessing unit. The preprocessing unit is installed in an entrance of the duct unit and firstly filters oil, moisture, and dust included in the discharge air. The preprocessing unit includes a cooler (21), a demister (22), a water supply unit (60), a heater (23), and an active carbon filter (24). The cooler is installed in the entrance of the duct and cools the discharged air induced through the entrance of the duct. The demister is made of a porous multi-layered board material to collect the oil and dust with the condensed moisture in the air cooled by the cooler. The water supply unit is installed in the lower side of the demister and discharges the moisture collected by the demister to the outside. The heater heats the discharge air passing through the demister. The active carbon filter is separated to be replaced at the rear of the heater and adsorbs the bad smell from the discharge air heated by the heater. |
