A heat exchanger for vehicle heater core and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the leakage of anti-freezing solution between the header tank and the tube and to simplify the assembly and improve productivity. A heat exchanger for vehicle heater core comprises a header tank(10) which is formed by bending a clad-processed metal plate to have various cross-sectional shapes, a tube(30) in which a diaphragm is formed and which is inserted into the header tank, and a partition(20) inserted within the header tank. The partition is bent in various shapes in order to divide the internal space of the header tank. |
